Shannyn Flory – Owner/Business Manager

Waypoint Residential Management is the creation of Shannyn Flory, whose vast experience in the real estate industry began in 1992 and has encompassed the areas of title and escrow, lending, home appraising, investing, property management and sales. In 2003, after several years as a property manager, she created an electronically formatted How-To guide to property management and launched The Complete Landlord E-Guide along with an interactive companion website called The Landlord’s Resource Directory. Her experience led her into work as a Landlord Coach and accounting consultant for other property managers. Years later, after much success is real estate sales, the need for a new type of property management service emerged in the wake of the real estate crash.
The sophisticated brand strategy for Waypoint Residential Management was developed by Shannyn in 2009 to assist property owners looking to hold on to their homes until the real estate market could recover. Shannyn’s unique mission and commitment focuses on a premium level of customer service, catering to the specialized needs of high end residential properties and implementing management strategies for maximum property maintenance as a means to maintain property values. Shannyn also perceives and nurtures what she feels is an essential and natural partnership with the real estate sales community to exchange high quality referrals and provide interim leasing solutions in a continually changing housing environment.

Shannyn acts as the CEO and Business Manager for Waypoint overseeing all operations, financials and new business development.

Mark Flory- Co-Owner/Leasing Manager/IT Manager

With a background in multiple entrepreneurial endeavors, Mark contributes a vast array of experiences in programming and technology support, payment processing, plus more than 20 years in the real estate industry as a licensed appraiser and investor. Mark co-created landlordeguide.com and it’s companion landlord’s resource directory website which inspired his next project in the electronic rent collection business at a time when it was the exception rather than the rule. Mark brings to Waypoint not only his real estate experience but his love for technology and finding the next generation of technological solutions in an ever-changing market. Mark is the Leasing Manager and oversees the technology aspects of Waypoint Residential.

Kristine Brady - Property Manager

Coming to us from Northern California in 2021, Kristine has mastered the complexities and operations of residential leasing. Prior to joining Waypoint Residential Management, Kristine worked as a residential Property Manager which enabled her to hone skills in leasing, property maintenance, account management and vendor relations as well as learning Idaho landlord-tenant law. Kristine’s attention to detail coupled with her effective communication style and problem solving skills makes her a highly valued member of the Waypoint team. As our Property Manager, she handles accounting, the enforcement of all leases and oversees all property inspections, maintenance and repairs.
